If you would prefer your finance records to be maintained on aregular basis by our trained team, then the Guide Package is for you.

Using the latest digital software your income, expenditure and bank statements will be efficiently processed for you - all we need is some photos and emails from you!

Regular contact with your Finance Administrator means any queries are dealt with on a timely basis.

Real-Time Information allows your Accountant to track performance and identify areas that may need to be brought to your attention e.g. increases in income = VAT registration, changes in profitability = tax planning.

Submit

Take photos of your paperwork and submit to Dext
Send emails to Dext using a unique email address
Upload documents directly to your Dext account

Processing

Data checked for accuracy and eligibility before published to Xero
Income and expenditure reconciled to your bank statements in Xero
Regular communication with your PBA Finance Administrator to keep you on track

Accounts

Draft accounts prepared under the appropriate reporting framework
FRS105 "Micro" and FRS102 Section 1A "Small" entities (Limited Co)
Reviewed and discussed with your accountant ahead of formal sign-off
Submissions to Companies House (Limited Co)

Tax

Self-Assessment prepared for review (Self-Employed and Directors)
CT600 and Tax Computation preparation and review (Limited Co)
Tax liability explained; including projections where necessary
Submissions made to HMRC
