If you maintain your own financial records; either in spreadsheet format or accounting software, then the Support Package is for you.

Spreadsheets - Using the template we provide, or your own style, we will use your information to compile your Accounts and Tax Return following the end of your trading year.

Software - We are a Xero Approved Partner but can adapt to most software in the market. By providing us with year-end reports we can prepare your Accounts and Tax Return when required.

The Support Package allows you to manage the day-to-day running of your business finances, with support from your Accountant as and when needed.

Reviewing

Data provided is checked for completeness and accuracy
Formulae checked in spreadsheets, categorising of transactions, whether spreadsheet or software
Bank position agreed to bank statements
Year-end adjustments e.g. accruals, prepayments, depreciation

Accounts

Draft accounts prepared under the appropriate reporting framework
FRS105 "Micro" and FRS102 Section 1A "Small" entities (Limited Co)
Reviewed and discussed with your accountant ahead of formal sign-off
Submissions to Companies House (Limited Co)

Tax

Self-Assessment prepared for review (Self-Employed and Directors)
CT600 and Tax Computation preparation and review (Limited Co)
Tax liability explained; including projections where necessary
Submissions made to HMRC

Fixed fee service including email and telephone support
